Welcome to the Vermont National School Reform Faculty (VT-NSRF), a professional development initiative that focuses on encouraging reflective practice, developing collegial relationships, and rethinking leadership in changing schools—all in support of increased student achievement.
At the heart of our program are the concepts of Facilitative Leadership, Critical Friendship, and School Coaching. We provide training, consultation, and whole-school coaching to facilitate the development of professional learning communities to improve student learning in schools.
